Epic Passes
Both 2026 fly-away trips honor the Epic Pass as do two of our drive-to trips. Club members planning to register for more than one trip to Epic resorts should consider purchasing an Epic season pass. To determine the most appropriate pass, visit the Epic Pass website .
Epic passes are not bundled into our published trip prices. Trip participants can purchase an Epic Pass directly online or through our tour operator. Per Epic rules, the purchase price offered by our tour operator must be the same as Epic lists on its site. However, when bundled as part of a ski trip package, the combination can have a lower price. So, if you buy an Epic Pass through our tour operator and also join one of HVSC’s fly-away trips (Breckenridge or Park City), a rebate of a portion of the pass purchase price will be applied to the balance due for one fly-away trip:
* $50 rebate if purchasing multi-day EPIC Day Pass
* $75 rebate if purchasing EPIC Local Pass (excludes Peak Days at some resorts)
* $100 rebate if purchasing full EPIC Pass (no restricted dates)
Epic Passes can be purchased before or after you sign up for an HVSC ski trip; we’ll apply your rebate to the final payment due for one of your fly-away trips.
For Breckenridge or Park City package rebate, purchase through Encompasse Tours web page (click on the Epic logo) and indicate you are a member of Hudson Valley Ski Club when asked for Group Affiliation. Payment is via ACH transfer from your bank. (Credit Card payment is not permitted.) Refunds are not available, so study Epic’s website (link above) to make sure you’ve selected the pass you want.
Ikon Passes
Some HVSC members might also want an Ikon Pass in addition to the Epic Pass they’d use on HVSC’s 2026 trips. Ikon does not require bundling with an upcoming trip package. Since our trips used Ikon passes last year, our tour operator is able to offer us 25/26 Ikon Passes at a special club member rate. To take advantage of this special pricing, HVSC members must use our tour operator’s online form and pay via ACH bank transfer. Again, refunds are not available so study Ikon’s website to make sure you’ve selected the pass you want. Then click on the Ikon logo on the Encompasse Tours page. To obtain special Ikon pass pricing for HVSC, you’ll need to log in with a promo code that can be found on our Members Only page.
