Proxy Ballot request

HVSC’s 2026 Annual Election Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday May 6. For those unable to vote in person, members may vote via an online Proxy Ballot. The Members Only page links to the Proxy Ballot Request form. All Proxy Ballot requests must be received by Saturday April 18.

2027 Ski Trip Survey

The Trip Committee is already working on selecting 2027 fly-away ski trips. Help us pick the ski resort you’d prefer by completing the Trip Survey on the Members-Only page (use password on back of your membership card). Please respond by July 21.
