Ikon Pass
For our 2027 trips, HVSC is focusing on Ikon-affiliated resorts, with 2 Western trips and 2 Eastern trips (maybe more?) to areas honoring the Ikon Pass.
Details on Ikon Pass purchase at our ski club rate can be found on the Members Only page.
HVSC’s 2026 fly-away trips used the Epic pass. For 2028, HVSC plans to explore fly-away ski resorts that are part of the Epic pass system.
Signups for our 2027 trips will begin in June 2026. Trip Flyers & Registration Forms will be added to this page as they become available. Check back often. Remember that HVSC members will have priority for ski trip sign-ups during June 2026. And, if space remains available for non-members, there is a $10/night guest fee. Since our membership year is changing to June 1-May 31, be sure to renew your membership before registering for our ski trips.

Vermont? early January 2027 TBD
We will monitor early season snowfall and may add an early January midweek trip to Killington (or perhaps Gore). Attend club meetings, read our Newsletter, and monitor this website to keep informed on our latest skiing plans.
Stratton, VT January 11-15, 2027
We will return to Stratton Mountain in southern Vermont for 3 or 4 nights lodging in the Village, staying at the condos we enjoyed on our 2005 trip. The Ikon Base Pass provides unlimited non-holiday skiing at Stratton.
Mount Bachelor, OR January 23-30, 2027
Our late January fly-away trip will be to Mount Bachelor, a dormant volcano with 135 runs and 3,365′ vertical drop. We’ll be returning to hotel-style accomodations at the Riverhouse in Bend, where we stayed on our 2019 Mt. Bachelor trip. The Ikon Base Pass provides 5 days of skiing while we are at Mount Bachelor.
Mont Tremblant, QC February 7-12, 2027
Our 2023 & 2025 trips to Mont Tremblant were club favorites. We’re returning to the ski-in/out Sommet des Neiges. The well-maintained I-87 Northway and major Canadian highways make for a safe & scenic drive. The Ikon Base Pass provides unlimitied days of skiing at Mont Tremblant.
Banff, AB February 27-March 6, 2027
HVSC last skied the Banff area in 2015, enjoying the three ski resorts (Sunshine, Lake Louise, Mt. Norquay) that are within the spectacular Banff National Park. We’ll be staying in hotel-style accomodations in the town of Banff. The Ikon Base Pass provides 5 days of skiing while we are at Mount Bachelor.
Vermont?/Maine? mid-March 2027 TBD
We will monitor the season’s snowfall and may add a mid-March midweek trip to Killington (or perhaps Sunday River). Attend club meetings, read our Newsletter, and monitor this website to keep informed on our latest skiing plans.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum cancellation penalty is $100. Cancellation requests must be in writing and will take effect the date they are received by the trip leader. Penalties vary from trip to trip. Anyone who cancels from a trip will be assessed penalties as per our contract with the vendor. Whatever the club loses, the person who cancels will lose plus the $100 cancellation penalty. However, the penalty will not exceed the total cost of the trip. Refunds will not be issued until after the final accounting of the trip.
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended for all trips.
